快速卷簾門又稱為、快速卷簾門、高速門、高速卷簾門，是通過PLC、變頻器、編碼器控制(PVC材質(zhì))門簾快速升降，是專為物料的快速流動(dòng)(以縮短進(jìn)出時(shí)間)而計(jì)劃的。

快速卷簾門由門框架系統(tǒng)，門簾系統(tǒng)，驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)，控制系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成，控制系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成。


Fast rolling shutter door is composed of door frame system, door curtain system, driving motor, control system and control system.

The trigger signal is provided by the door opening sensor to the control system. The control system sends instructions to the frequency converter according to the current position of the fast curtain door. The driving motor starts to make the curtain rise rapidly. The pedestrian of the vehicle automatically drops through the back curtain and closes the channel until the next door opening signal opens again.


顧名思義，快速卷簾門升降速度最快，不能像鋼制卷閘門一樣直接啟動(dòng)停止，一般需要變頻器來控制電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速。


As the name implies, the fastest rising and falling speed of fast rolling shutter can not start and stop directly like steel rolling shutter. Frequency converter is usually needed to control the speed of motor.


上升時(shí)越快越好，快到位時(shí)(20cm左右)需要有一個(gè)減速緩沖停止過程，以防止撞擊軌道，防止夾人，降低噪音。


The quicker the ascent, the better. When it is in place (about 20cm), a deceleration buffer stopping process is needed to prevent collision with the track, clamping and noise reduction.
